Stops Caching Without Exception

Hi, I've got SharedCache installed and running on a single node in a production environment.  When I first start up the service, it works fine.  At some point within a few hours of running, the cache empties completely, and new additions to the cache do not stick.  The traffic log continues to report Add actions, and the app that is adding items to the cache does not throw an exception when attempting to add.  However, nothing gets cached until I restart the service.  No errors are reported in the event logs related either.

I restart the service, and it starts working again for a little while.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

BTW, I'm running version 2.0.3.270 on Windows Server 2008 under the LocalSystem account.

As this is in production, I'd label this as urgent.

Thanks,
Pete

Hi Pete,

thanks for your post.

hopefully you have enabled logging. if so are you able to provide me the files?

do you have any kind of msn - can you send it to me over a system email? I can have later

on a deeper look into it and will try to give you asap a feedback.

regards,

roni
